Internationaler Standardentwurf

Ein internationaler Standardentwurf, Draft International Standard (DIS), ist eine vorläufige Norm oder eine Normempfehlung der International Organization for Standardization ( ISO).

Eine Normempfehlung beruht auf Vorschlagsentwürfen, den Draft Proposals ( DP), und werden in den Technical Committees ( TC), den Sub-Committees ( SC) und den Arbeitsgruppen (Working Groups, WG) bearbeitet. Reift eine Normempfehlung endgültig zur Norm heran, wird sie zum Final Draft International Standard (FDIS) und anschließend zum International Standard ( IS).
