A004 key

The A004 key is used for secured transactions in digitalsignatures in the Electronic Banking Internet Communication Standard( EBICS), the standardized transmission procedure in online banking. Technically, it is an encryption based on the RSA method with a key length of 1,024 bits. A004 has been in use since 2003 and offers significantly higher security than its predecessor A003.
