Information and Telecommunications Services Act
The Information and Telecommunications Services Act (IuKDG) is a summary federal law for teleservices, data protection, digital signatures, etc., each of which is regulated in individual laws and ordinances.
With the IuKDG Act, the legislature essentially sought to achieve three goals, namely to strengthen Germany as a location for future technologies, to enshrine data privacy and data security on the Net in law, and to ensure the protection of minors.
