With bidirectional data transfer rates of up to 4 GB/s, the PEG interface( PCI Express for Graphics) is one of the most powerful interfaces for graphics cards.
The PEG interface is a PCI Express x16 interface with 16 lanes. The PEG interface has 164 contacts. Graphics cards with PEG slots are allowed to take up to 75 W of power.
