TelMI

TelMI is a paging system that has been operated by Deutsche Funkruf GmbH since 1995. Like most other paging networks, TelMI is also divided into call zones by network type. A total of eight call zones are available in the Federal Republic of Germany. The system operates at 448.425 MHz, uses the POCSAG code for signalling and offers numeric and alphanumericsignalling in the call classes. The use of TelMI is free of charge for the user, the sender of the radio call pays for the charges in the so-called calling party service.
