absolute link
The various links that lead from one web page to another have a direct influence on search engine optimization. The classic link variants include the absolute and relative links.
The absolute links are characterized by the fact that they have a unique target address (link target), namely the Internet address of the website. They lead directly to the subordinate web page with the Internet address, from which the domain, the host and the sub pages emerge. An absolute link on a web page corresponds to a deep link.
Unlike an absolute link, a relative link represents a link to a web page without a domain name.
