Call Completion Internet Busy (CCIB) is a service feature ofInternet telephony.

Call Completion Internet Busy is the ability to receive telephone calls from the Internet while continuing to surf the Internet. Like Internet Call Waiting( ICW), this service feature was specified by the Internet Engineering Task Force( IETF).
