carrier sensitive routing (VoIP) (CSR)

Carrier Sensitive Routing (CSR) is a routing method used in digital telephone networks and in Internet telephony( VoIP).

Using CSR routing, the subscriber can change the routing of individual telephone calls in terms of lower costs or the use of a different quality of service and the associated voice quality. CSR routing uses the network characteristics provided by various network operators for this purpose.
