color, video, blank, sync (FBAS) (CVBS)
Composite video is a combined video signal consisting of the luminance, chrominance, and sync and blanking signals. This composite video signal is the FBAS signal, in whose designation (F) stands for the color signal, i.e. the chrominance signal, (B) for the picture signal, i.e. the luminance signal, (A) for the blanking interval, and (S) for the sync signal with the sync pulse.
