common mode transient rejection (CMTR)
Transientvoltages are voltage peaks with voltage changes occurring for a short time.
If transients occur in common mode, then their effects depend on their rise times and fall times. This defines the Common Mode Transient Rejection (CMTR) as the maximum tolerable rate of change of common mode transients. The CMTR value is given in volts per microsecond, taking into account the tolerable common mode voltage.
