end to end credit (EE_Credit)

EE_Credit is a credit procedure in Fibre Channel that is used in end-to-end flow control between two communicating devices during the exchange of data packets. EE_Credit is used to determine the number of data packets that can be sent to a remote station without a positive acknowledgement ( ACK). With each data packet sent, EE_Credit decrements the number and with each positive acknowledgement the number is incremented.
