facility rejected (FRJ)

The FRJ (Facility Rejected) message is a message type in Bearer Independent Call Control( BICC), which in turn is part of SS7 signaling.

A Facility Rejected is sent by an exchange in a GSM network that has previously received a Facility Request( FAR). The exchange uses the Facility Rejected message to indicate that the request for use of the facility has been rejected by the other party or that the specified service feature will not be performed.
