fixed round trip time (ATM) (FRTT)

The Fixed Round Trip Time (FRTT) is the sum of all fixed and variable delay times of ATM cells. In fact, the FRTT time is determined on the basis of the longest path from the farthest data source to the farthest data sink and back. The range of this ABR service parameter is between 0 and 16.7 µs.
