fractional T1 (FT-1)

Fractional T1 ( FT-1) is the subdivision of the digitalhierarchy of T1 with a transmission rate of 1.544 Mbit/s. The subdivision is based on level 1 with a transmission rate of 56/64 kbit/s and its multiples: 2 channels with 112/128 kbit/s, 3 channels ... up to 24 channels.
