frame status (FS)

The FS field(Frame Status) is the last data field in the Token Ring frame and has a length of 1 byte. The field is used to recognize addresses and to copydata packets. Frame Status together with the Ending Delimiter ( ED) forms the End of Frame Sequence ( EFS).
