It is a perception with which people evaluate other people or companies and products; purely subjective. Image is measured on an empirical basis. It is therefore also referred to as company image, brand image or product image.
Image is about the opinion of third parties, which can be emotional, factual or factual. It is about how third parties portray the image to others. It is about infinite interpretations of perception, starting from the appearance, the self-presentation, the presentation of the website, the company logo or the products, the name and nimbus of the company, its prestige, reputation and renown.
