With the ISSLL framework(Integrated Services over Specific Link Layer), the Internet Engineering Task Force ( IETF) realizes the quality of service in the form of service classes ( QoS) on connection protocols with pure frame technologies. The Controlled Load ( CL) and the Guaranteed Service ( GS) are specified as classes of service.
