lightweight mesh point (LW-MP)

In the 802.11sstandard on mesh networks, a Lightweight Mesh Point (LW- MP) is also defined. This unit is a lightweight network component that neither forwards the messages nor is integrated into the mesh structure. They have little control intelligence and are automatically configured via the Lightweight Access PointProtocol (LWAPP).
