The Lock function is an ISDN feature. With this function, a basic access can be blocked for all services, it is then no longer available for outgoing data traffic. The subscriber can specify which connections are no longer allowed to originate from the terminal. For example, all long-distance connections or all international connections can be blocked. The basic connection can also be barred from incoming calls.
