Low frequency oscillators (LFO) are used in audio technology to influence sound. Their signals are used to superimpose audio signals in order to create, for example, a tremolo effect through amplitude and volume fluctuations. Low FrequencyOscillators (LFOs) are used in chorus, flangers and phasers. In chorus, low frequency oscillators control the delays of the input signal.
