messages per second (MMSC) (MPS)

Messages per Second (MPS) is a characteristic value for the number of messages per second. The MPS characteristic value is used in MultimediaMessaging Services( MMS), namely for the performance of the Short Message Service Centers( SMSC), the Multimedia Messaging Service Centers( MMSC) and the other components of an MMS system.
