mobile data access system (MDAS)
Mobile Data Access System (MDAS) is an access system for mobile devices such as tablets, PDAs, notebooks and other portable devices that allow the subscriber to access information from any location at any time.
Through the access provided by the Mobile Data Access System, subscribers can access the GSM network, UMTS, or other cellular networks and work on the Internet through them.
Normally, devices communicate in a client- server environment using socket or remote procedure call( RPC). These two techniques cannot be used in the Mobile Data Access System because they require a session that cannot be guaranteed in cellular networks.
