more fragments (IP header) (MF)

There are flag bits in the IP header to indicate whether the data packet is fragmented or not. In the case of More Fragments( MF), it is indicated that the data packet is a fragment followed by more fragments. The information bit, MF bit, is set to "1" in this case. If it is the last fragment of a file, the MF bit is set to "0", which means that no more fragments will follow.
