operations support system interface (DOCSIS) (OSSI)

The Operations Support System Interface (OSSI) is a Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification(DOCSIS) that defines, among other things, the network management requirements for supporting a DOCSIS environment. These are network management interfaces between the network elements and the High-Level Operation Support System( OSS) used to support general business processes.
