project controlling (PRC)

Project controlling(PRC) is the on-time and on-budget processing of projects in accordance with the basic plan, namely from the definition of project goals, through project planning, implementation, realization, to project completion and project handover.

The successful controlling of a project includes all functional and technical subject complexes, but also the handling of a project in relation to other directly related projects and in relation to the business target projections. The goals of project controlling are the timely realization of the project, the adherence to the budgeted and technical specifications. By controlling projects, countermeasures can be initiated directly in the event of time and investment overruns.
