The application programs for computers and personal computers( PC) can be divided into those for standard applications and special applications. Standard applications include all programs that were not created according to specific requirements of individual users, but were developed for a broad user market.
The classification of standard applications presupposes a defined area of application, a broad range of functions, availability in the trade, an offer from several manufacturers, and ease of installation and configuration.
To standard software belong programs for office applications such as the word processing, date monitoring, spreadsheet, calendar functions, page break programs and of data base applications, generally usable presentation and diagram programs, communication and cross-linking programs and Internet programs such as Browser.
The prerequisite for using the standard programs is appropriate PC equipment with storage media and output devices.
