stationary acquisition system

The data for the digital traffic radio( TMC) is generated in the traffic control center, with various stationary and mobile traffic data flowing into the TMC messages.

In addition to the mobile detection systems, it is the data from the stationary detection systems( SES). The sensors of these systems are mounted on bridges above the highways. They work with the Doppler effect and record the driving speed and the vehicle class, whether car or truck.

The measurement data is transmitted via mobile communications networks to the traffic control center, where it is analyzed.
