surface horizontal package (SHP)

The SHP package (Surface Horizontal Package) is constructed like a Single Inline ( SIL); however, it is soldered directly upright on the motherboard using SMT technology. The connections are in a row and have distances of 0.65 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.95 mm and 1.0 mm. SHP devices are available with 20, 30, 32, 64 and 70 connections.
