triggered location reporting service (location) (TLRS)

Triggered Location Reporting Service (TLRS) is one of the services of the Mobile Location Protocol ( MLP ) for Location Services( LCS). This MLP service is used for tracking. The position data of the mobile station is sent from the location server to the location service client at regular intervals when a request is made or when the radio cell is changed.
