validation authority (encryption) (VA)

As part of the Public Key Infrastructure( PKI), the Validation Authority(VA) is a body thatchecks the validity of an electronic certificate against a list of invalid certificates and confirms whether the electronic certificate was issued by a sufficiently trusted certification authority.
