Das Programmable Communication Interface (PCI) ist eine vom European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) gemäß ETS 300 025 standardisierte Programmierschnittstelle zwischen einem ISDN- Controller und der Anwendungssoftware. Dieser Standard ist das europäische Gegenstück zur nationalen CAPI-Schnittstelle, Common Application Programming Interface (CAPI), und wird kaum von Herstellern unterstützt.
