single wire protocol (NFC) (SWP)

Single Wire Protocol (SWP) ist eine standardisierte Schnittstelle über die SIM-Karten mit dem Controller der Nahfeldkommunikation ( NFC) im Smartphone kommunizieren.

Die SWP-Schnittstelle wird auch als Single Wire Interface bezeichnet, weil sie nur eine Daten- und Masseleitung hat. Konzeptionell ist sie vergleichbar dem I2C-Bus. Über das SWP- Protokoll können NFC-Anwendungen in der SIM-Karte des Smartphones gesteuert werden. Das SWP-Protokoll wurde vom European Telecommunications Standards Institute ( ETSI) standardisiert.
