IEEE 802.7

The 802.7 working group deals with broadband transmission technologyin the area of local networks. There is a Technical Advisary Group (BBTAG, Broadband TAG) that develops guidelines for the use of various techniques.

The activities of this working group were discontinued with the Token Bus.
