Administration to Consumer (A2C) is an interaction in e-business between the public administration and the end customer, the citizen.

The communication and transaction between the parties takes place on an e-commerce platform and serves to simplify the administrative work. The citizen can download forms and applications from the platform to his or her computer and transmit the completed forms electronically to the relevant administration.
