double-current technique
The double stream method is a transmission method in baseband systems. In contrast to the single stream method, two voltage levels are assigned to the transmitted digital signals in the double stream method.
The logical "1" is characterized by a positive voltage, the logical "0" by a negative voltage. The decision threshold in the double current method is the zero crossing. The disadvantage of this method is that long 0 or 1 sequences must be transmitted as a DC component, which leads to difficulties in practice.
