The International Radiation Protection Association (IRPA) is the international radiation protection association.

It sees itself as an international mouthpiece for professionals working in the field of radiation protection. IRPA aims to promote communication and the exchange of experience and ideas between radiation protection professionals worldwide, with experts from a wide range of applications in research, medical technology, engineering and legislative bodies exchanging views.

Individual countries have national and regional radiation protection associations.
