multiple display support (PC) (MDS)
With personalcomputers, one display is usually connected. However, there are also many complex applications that are shown on two or even more displays.
The monitors display different content and are controlled by several independent graphics cards. These applications are called Multiple Display Support( MDS).
For applications with two monitors, Intel has developed a graphical driver that controls two different monitors. Intel calls this multiple display mode multi- monitor or multi-display. It can also take place between a laptop and a desktop and is designed so that both screens can display the same or different content, and that the content of one screen can be moved to the other.
