network computer reference profile (NCRP)

The Network Computer Reference Profiles (NCRP) are reference profiles that have been worked out by well-known computer companies and that network computers( NC) must meet as a minimum.

The reference profiles were developed to ensure comparability, interoperability and easy portability of applications. They include certain requirements for installation and administration and must support common web standards and some IP-relatedprotocols.
