AoC at start of call (AoCS)

With the transmission of charge information ( AoC) in ISDN, it is possible to query the charges before, during and after the terminated connection. With AoCS (AoC at Start of Call), the charges can be transmitted at the start of a call, with AoCD the charges are transmitted during the call and with AoCE after the call.
