fixed header

The Fixed header is the first part of the data frame of the Next Hop Resolution Protocol ( NHRP). This header has a length of 20 bytes and defines the address family, the protocol type, a 5- byte SNAP extension, the hop count value, the packet size, the checksum, a version field and a data field for the extension offset.
