duration/connection ID (802.11) (D/I)

Duration/Connection ID (D/I) is a control frame of the MAC layer ofWLANs according to 802.11. In this data field the time in milliseconds is entered, which remains assigned to the channel. The Connection ID is a connection ID for a virtual connection.
