Product Change Notification (PCN) is a notification from a manufacturer that the manufacturing process for an electronic component has been changed.

The PCN notification can refer to trivial changes such as color, but it can also refer to the size of the silicon core or the chemical composition of the plastic package, which may require the plastic package to be ptrested.

In contrast to the Product Change Notification is End of Life( EoL), which is used to notify the product cycle of a component or assembly.
